• Project manage key global benefits initiatives including annual renewal planning, open enrollment, program launches, and policy updates • Manage project plans, timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment • Partner with our People teams around the world to ensure programs meet local needs, regulations, and expectations • Gather insights, benchmark global markets, and support the evolution of HubSpot’s global benefits strategy

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, consulting project work, or workflow / process management • Related experience in global benefits, total rewards, or HR/People operation • Led cross-functional projects • Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with broader program thinking • Understands global benefits regulations and programs • Uses data and insights to guide decisions
