⢠Conduct technical skills gap analysis across Customer Support, PreSales, and Strategic CSM roles. ⢠Design and develop foundational technical training content for support trainers. ⢠Partner with existing support trainers to enhance current technical training initiatives. ⢠Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for specialized technical training solutions. ⢠Develop technical competency frameworks with CS leadership. ⢠Research and scope emerging technical domains for foundational knowledge development. ⢠Create scalable technical enablement strategies integrating into broader CS programs. ⢠Translate complex product technical features into clear troubleshooting guides. ⢠Maintain and enhance on-demand technical resources in learning systems. ⢠Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technical skills initiatives.
⢠5+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, or program management, preferably within SaaS customer success or support organizations. ⢠Deep HubSpot product knowledge with strong understanding of system architecture, API functionality, integrations, and technical troubleshooting processes. ⢠Advanced hands-on technical skills in APIs, Chrome dev tools, HTML/CSS comprehension, system architecture, and understanding data flows. ⢠Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills. ⢠Strong program management capabilities managing competing priorities and complex initiatives. ⢠Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences. ⢠Experience with vendor evaluation and management for technical training solutions. ⢠Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. ⢠Strong analytical skills to measure and communicate ROI of technical enablement programs. ⢠Ability to prioritize and handle multiple technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
