• Own and optimize HubSpot’s segmentation infrastructure to enable accurate audience targeting. • Partner with marketers to understand needs, remove friction, and improve segmentation processes. • Manage segmentation system limits and collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure scalability and reliability. • Explore and implement AI-driven and data-integrated solutions that expand what’s possible with audience segmentation. • Build documentation and train marketers to enhance self-service segmentation and audience-building capabilities. • Analyze system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and impact.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and familiarity with object structures (Contacts, Companies, Deals). • Experience building segments in CRMs, data warehouses, or marketing data platforms. • Experience with automation and data sync tools (e.g., HubSpot workflows, Workato, Zapier, or Census).
