📋 Description

• Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of Growth Specialists • Inspire the team to close deals in a fast-paced environment • Help the team build a strong pipeline of new business and guide towards deal closure • Present business value to organizational levels and coach team on presentation. • Foster a culture of transparency, focus, and teamwork. • Engage in honest and authentic communications with colleagues. • Contribute to cross-functional projects that advance the business. • Attract, recruit, interview, and retain top talent.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading and coaching a quota-carrying team • 3+ years of software sales experience • Experience selling and/or managing in the Canadian tech market preferred • Experience building a new team, preferably in a new market • Proven ability to mentor and lead others effectively • Experience leading a consultative sales process • Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including proficiency in PowerPoint • Proven track record of sales excellence • Comfortable driving results in ambiguous situations • Superior professional presence, business acumen, and confidence when presenting to executives.
