• Co-create the roadmap for pricing and packaging experiences across the top of our acquisition funnel • Use compelling journey scenarios, flows, and design craft to influence strategy and motivate cross-functional teams • Bring AI-first concepts to accelerate outcomes and elevate product experiences • Partner with researchers, content designers, and engineers to refine, test, and deliver iterative solutions • Own your work end-to-end, using our Trellis design system for speed, efficiency, and scalability • Support junior designers and help grow HubSpot’s UX culture of craft, feedback, and continuous improvement.
