Human Intelligence is a People Data Platform that unifies and governs enterprise people data from systems like Workday, Lattice, Greenhouse, and more. It provides a secure, compliant layer (the MCP server) that enforces database-level permissions, org-aware row-level security, policy management, RBAC, and audit logging so HR, talent, and exec teams can safely integrate people data with AI tools and deploy agents. The platform centralizes warehousing, ingestion, modeling, shared metrics/definitions, and provides pre-built integrations to enable governed natural-language queries and AI-assisted workflows without exposing unauthorized data.

📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent technology and business projects • Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery schedules • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams • Monitor project health and proactively manage risks • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard • Gather and document business requirements • Facilitate stakeholder workshops • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Produce detailed functional specifications • Map workflows and customer journeys • Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation • Actively leverage AI throughout planning, documentation, analysis, communication, reporting, testing, and project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Experience managing technical and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working with developers, designers, technical architects, and executive leadership • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability • Excellent written and spoken English • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment • Experience using AI tools for business analysis and project delivery will be highly regarded

• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month depending on experience • Performance Incentives: Monthly KPI-based incentives based on successful project delivery and operational improvements
