📋 Description

• Solve complex business problems using data from various sources to provide insights to decision-makers • Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Analyze complex business problems by leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights • Translate business requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions • Partner with executive leaders to understand reporting needs • Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency • Drive continuous improvement of BI processes • Perform advanced data analysis to uncover root causes and support initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert for Power BI and provide guidance on report design and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field • 8 or more years of technical experience using Power BI and SQL • 1 or more years of technical experience using Power Automate • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations • Experience analyzing data to solve varied business problems and create data visualizations • Experience working with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs • Proficiency in understanding healthcare related data • Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.
