📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Humana’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management processes and procedures • Perform regular audits and reconciliations of configuration items • Contribute to incident and problem management processes by providing accurate configuration data • Document and maintain configuration management procedures and policies • Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure that configuration data supports business needs • Generate and distribute configuration management reports and dashboards • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving configuration discrepancies • Participate in the development of training initiatives related to configuration management • Support IT asset management by maintaining accurate relationships between assets and configurations • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to configuration management tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in IT configuration management • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms (preferred) • CIS – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (preferred) • Prior exposure to third-party risk management or cybersecurity programs in a healthcare or highly regulated environment (preferred)
