📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of a comprehensive visibility program for CenterWell executive leadership • Strengthen the external presence of key leaders • Shape and evolve the CenterWell executive narrative • Identify and activate high-impact opportunities to position executives as thought leaders • Create compelling executive-level content including speeches and presentations • Maintain a consistent cadence of proactive thought leadership • Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communications • Integrate executive visibility into enterprise campaigns and milestones • Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field • 10+ years of communications experience • Deep expertise in developing and driving social media strategy • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint • Experience working for a large matrixed or healthcare organization • Experience and comfortability using AI tools
