📋 Description

• Analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. • Provides market specific financial leadership in the State Medicaid Market. • Participates in all state required meetings. • Responsible for financial analysis, identification of month-end financial drivers, and forecasting. • Develops Market specific strategic plans and objectives. • Ensures compliance with all regulatory financial reporting and overall contract management. • Build and maintain relationships with state agency partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of financial management experience. • Strong foundation in healthcare financials. • Experience in strategic planning, accounting, and financial analysis. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience in data analysis and performance measurement. • Passion for improving consumer experience. • Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential. • Prior experience in Medicaid or state partnership financial operations. • Experience with value-based program development
