📋 Description

• manage data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues • supports financial forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making through the development, execution, and maintenance of risk score analytics • responsible for running a monthly risk score model to predict current-year risk scores • updating reporting displays with model results • identifying month-over-month drivers of change • use tools such as SQL, Python, and Visual Studio Code to perform modeling, analyze results, and maintain model accuracy over time • translate findings into clear insights and communicates the financial impact of risk score changes to business partners and leadership • support ongoing model enhancement by identifying outdated assumptions and incorporating updated data or methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5 years' technical experience • Programming skills in languages such as SQL and Python • Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data in order to identify, explain, influence variances and trends • Explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques • Experience in managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues • Willing to travel to Louisville, KY <5% of the time (if not local)
