📋 Description

• Define and lead the end-to-end design strategy for Humana’s pharmacy experience, ensuring a human-centered approach that aligns with business goals. • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to simplify and enhance critical pharmacy-related member jobs to be done. • Champion user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and measure impact. • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices in design across all pharmacy touchpoints. • Partner with other Product and Design teams to ensure seamless and consistent user experiences across the member journey. • Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating rationale and value. • Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement with the design team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful digital product outcomes. • 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and developing designers. • Proven experience designing complex, end-to-end user journeys, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or similarly complex industries. • Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and service design. • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma. • Strong understanding of user research methods and the ability to translate insights into effective design solutions. • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated success connecting design solutions to measurable outcomes such as increased retention, improved customer satisfaction, or reduced operational costs.
