📋 Description

• Represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues. • Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. • Performs necessary follow up with members and/or providers. • Ensures responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards. • Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. • Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience working in a call center environment such as heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role • 1+ year of customer service experience. • Must reside in state of FLORIDA • Bilingual - English, Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance, must take a language proficiency assessment. • Able to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, utilizing multiple shared systems, platforms, and ability to troubleshoot/resolve general technical issues. • Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously.
