📋 Description

• Manage the development, operations, and results of the Gulf South Region market performance • Maintain key provider relationships and track innovative pilot programs • Support the Regional President on community, state and federal government engagement • Monitor strategic provider relationships needed for network adequacy, Stars performance, and market expansion • Track and maintain status of pilot programs proposed or deployed in the region • Monitor and track national providers with a regional footprint • Coordinate weekly regional leadership meetings and agenda • Manage Market Reviews and strategy presentations • Facilitate aspects of the bid process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years proven program, project, and/or people leadership in an operations role • Experience influencing leadership teams to facilitate completion of projects • Executive level presentation and communication skills, both written and oral • Independent thinker who can problem solve and operate autonomously • Experience working in a role that required influence and collaboration at senior levels within the organization • Success in developing working relationships within a highly matrixed business environment • Experience analyzing and aggregating incomplete data from various sources to make informed recommendations • Experience working with sensitive and confidential information • Must live within the region (AL, TN, MS, LA) with the ability and willingness to travel up to 15% on a monthly basis
