📋 Description

• Convey the product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team • Define user stories and prioritize product backlog • Maximize the value delivered by an Agile team • Drive solutions that improve the end‑to‑end claims adjudication lifecycle • Partner with Product Management, business stakeholders, and delivery teams • Represent the voice of business, operations, members, providers, and associates in product decisions • Validate delivered solutions to ensure they address the right problems within the claims process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product ownership and/or project management • Experience with Agile development processes and tools • Must be willing/able to support Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Undergraduate degree (preferred) • Experience with health insurance claims systems, operational processes, or industry standards • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (preferred)
