• Engage with prospects and existing members via inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products • Conduct thorough needs assessments (NEADS) to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions • Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining a customer-first approach • Accurately document all interactions and transactions using CRM tools • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including sales targets and call quotas • Follow up on leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities • Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer journey • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Active Health Insurance License is required • Must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time, including weekends • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a high-volume customer service environment • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a performance-based setting • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work overtime and weekends during peak sales periods (October–December) • Must have a professional, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup
