• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de atracción de talento, asegurando procesos ágiles, efectivos y alineados a la cultura de Humand. • Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento. • Analizar métricas de hiring y proponer mejoras basadas en datos. • Ser socio/a estratégico/a de líderes en temas relativos a HR. • Trabajar en conjunto con los líderes para co-diseñar un esquema de desarrollo y feedback, asegurando su adopción en los equipos. • Participar en el armado del plan de capacitaciones (liderazgo, feedback, comunicación efectiva, compliance básico) y crear materiales de comunicación necesarios.
• Experiencia reclutando perfiles tech en entornos dinámicos. • Experiencia comprobable como HRBP : acompañamiento a líderes, performance, desarrollo, engagement, comunicaciones y capacitaciones. • Haber construido/iterado procesos desde cero de manera pragmática y orientada a impacto. • Inglés avanzado/bilingüe (entorno global; excluyente). • Pensamiento estratégico y data-driven. • Experiencia en empresas SaaS o Tech (gran plus).
• Trabajo 100% remoto. • Clases de inglés y portugués.
