📋 Description

• Review clinical trial contracts, study budgets, and payment terms and translate them into accurate financial setups • Set up and maintain visit, procedure, start-up, administrative, and patient payment information • Perform quality checks and reconcile financial data against contracts, budgets, and protocols • Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and data-quality issues • Process contract amendments and budget changes, ensuring updates are accurately implemented and documented • Work closely with Finance, Contracting, Clinical Operations, and Site Operations to clarify requirements and resolve issues • Manage multiple studies, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and following applicable procedures • Contribute to financial processes supporting global clinical trials

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical research / clinical trial experience is mandatory • 1–2 years of experience in clinical trial operations, budget or contract setup, financial administration, or a similar data-intensive role • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field • Good understanding of clinical trial contracts, study budgets, payment terms, and invoicing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with a strong sense of ownership • Good Excel and data-handling skills • Good command of English (B2 or higher) • Knowledge of clinical trial or financial systems is an advantage • Awareness of ICH GCP and GDPR is a plus • CV submitted in English
