📋 Description

• Find candidates for existing roles or talent pools through multiple channels • Research companies, businesses, industries, markets, and how they are structured • Develop and document internal knowledge and processes • Manage applications and interact with candidates, ensuring a highly professional and personalized approach • Handle and manage existing and new clients, delivering a world-class level of service • Interview candidates and present clear and effective pitches about client companies • Take ownership of client success • Manage researchers and junior recruiters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business • At least 5 years of experience, including roles as a Recruiting Manager, Lead, or Coordinator in a product (in-house) organization — preferably a fast-paced startup • Proactive mindset to build processes from scratch and optimize existing ones • Natural interest in people, business, business models, industries, and technology • Native Portuguese and bilingual English — Spanish is a plus • Comfortable with technology and strong analytical thinking • Ability to thrive in a high-speed, high-demand, high-reward environment
