You’ll be the compass that steers our projects. • You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution, balancing business needs, user experience, and delivering value that extends far beyond the screen. • Product backlog ownership & prioritization: You won’t just own the backlog—you’ll be its heartbeat. • Sprint execution & agile delivery: Lead sprints like a conductor leading an orchestra—coordinating efforts. • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Be the link that ensures everyone is aligned. • Operational & release management: Own the release process from end to end, ensuring smooth deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve spent 3+ years leading teams as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, ideally in the nonprofit or event tech space. • You’ve lived and breathed Scrum, and experience with SAFe is a major asset. • You know how to break down complex ideas and communicate them simply, whether in person or via a screen. • You’re not just in it for the tech—you’re in it for the mission.
