Humanistischer Verband Berlin-Brandenburg KdöR is a regional humanist association and nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of social, educational and cultural services across Berlin and Brandenburg. The Verband represents the interests of non-religious people and promotes humanist values such as tolerance, self-determination and solidarity. Its activities include running kindergartens, a free humanist primary school, vocational and higher education institutions, adult education programs, hospice and palliative services, youth and community programs, life ceremonies (naming, coming-of-age, weddings, funerals), volunteer engagement and social support services.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the relaunch of our website (WordPress) • Create and maintain pages and content in the CMS • Assist with site structure, navigation and user flow (UX) • Implement and further develop specific formats (e.g., quizzes, interactive content) • Research and deploy suitable plugins • Test pages (layout, functionality, mobile usability) • Perform organizational and administrative tasks related to the web project

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory internship as part of a degree program • Enrolled in a degree program, e.g., Media, Design, Computer Science, UX/UI, Communication or Media Studies, or a related field • Interest in web development, user experience and digital applications • Some experience with WordPress or willingness to learn • Structured and reliable way of working • Good German language skills, spoken and written
