📋 Description

• Support delivery of a web solution project within an agile Scrum team • Capture requirements and manage user stories from initial stakeholder conversations through refined, sprint-ready stories in Azure DevOps • Act as the bridge between the client's Product Manager, business stakeholders, and the delivery team • Ensure delivered solutions reflect business needs • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and maintain a sprint-ready backlog • Elicit, challenge, and validate requirements with the Product Manager and business stakeholders • Engage client-side stakeholders, manage expectations, and translate business needs into technical requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional development, QA, UX, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Scrum/Agile delivery environment • Track record of working on web solution projects, understanding digital product delivery from requirements through release • Fluent English, written and spoken, for stakeholder engagement and documentation • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to capture, manage, and refine user stories • Ability to write clear, well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria • Experience facilitating backlog refinement sessions and keeping the backlog sprint-ready • Skilled at working closely with a Product Manager and business stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and validate requirements • Comfortable engaging directly with client-side stakeholders • Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams spanning development, QA, UX, and product • Background in retail or e-commerce • Familiarity with UX/UI concepts • Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools • Exposure to release management or UAT coordination in a web delivery context • Knowledge of Jira or other agile backlog tools in addition to Azure DevOps
