📋 Description
• Ensure millions of end users experience a platform that speaks their language accurately, compliantly, and consistently • Own the full localization lifecycle, from content governance and release coordination to app store management and stakeholder alignment across multiple regions and time zones • Embed within a cross-functional team spanning Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and regional stakeholders • Manage UI text, legal disclosures, Terms of Business, in-platform communications, and app store storefronts across multiple languages and release environments
🎯 Requirements
• Proven background in localisation, content operations, product operations, release management, or technology delivery • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams under deadline pressure • Experience coordinating reviews and approvals across distributed, cross-functional stakeholder groups in remote/multi-timezone settings • Exceptional attention to detail when managing large volumes of structured content • Ability to apply and maintain approved business, legal, compliance, and regulatory terminology consistently across client-facing content • Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management • Fluent written and spoken English
