• Join Switzerland's largest private telecommunications operator, building a growing team in Portugal • Creating visual assets, training videos, and multimedia content that underpin employee performance • Work spans infographics and presentations through to full video production — scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production • Content is optimized for LMS platforms, mobile, and internal tools, used by frontline teams daily
• 2–3 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, and video editing in a professional context • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro • Familiarity with Artlist or equivalent platforms for licensed audio and video assets • Strong command of visual storytelling, layout principles, design fundamentals, and UX design thinking • Solid video editing skills — transitions, sound design, and motion graphics • Ability to translate complex business concepts and requirements into clear, engaging, learner-friendly multimedia formats • Experience collaborating within a team environment, aligning creative output with learning goals and brand guidelines • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • English B2 or above — required for daily collaboration with international stakeholders.
