📋 Description

• Manage the product backlog and roadmap • Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies • Align stakeholders and help the team stay focused and deliver effectively • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team • Contribute to decisions around new features and user experience • Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable work • Coordinate and track delivery against the product roadmap • Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers • Help the team maintain momentum, focus on delivery and continuously improve • Partner with clients to understand products and deliver high-performance, resilient and scalable software systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, Product Delivery Lead, or in a similar product delivery role • Strong experience in functional, non-technical product environments • Experience managing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable work • Ability to drive team engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement • Experience managing and prioritising backlogs • Ability to coordinate and track delivery against the product roadmap • Experience contributing to product decisions, including new features, user experience and improvements • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills • Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
