📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a greenfield, enterprise-grade payment gateway platform • Coordinate Product, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Compliance, QA, and external partners • Own agile ceremonies, roadmap management, risk tracking, release scheduling, and stakeholder reporting • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews • Coach teams in agile principles and improve flow, predictability, and collaboration • Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and protect team delivery capacity • Plan, track, and report delivery across a multi-team, cross-functional programme • Build and maintain delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules • Identify and mitigate risks proactively • Coordinate security, DevOps, architecture, compliance, and QA functions • Manage Azure DevOps backlogs, sprint boards, dashboards, and delivery metrics • Work with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritised backlog aligned with the product roadmap • Translate technical complexity into clear delivery narratives for non-technical audiences • Foster ownership, accountability, and psychological safety across distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager in a complex technical delivery environment • Demonstrated experience delivering payment systems, payment gateways, or high-availability, high-security financial platforms • Fluent English, written and spoken • Hands-on facilitation of Scrum ceremonies • Ability to coach teams in agile principles and improve flow, predictability, and collaboration • Proven skill in removing blockers, managing dependencies, and protecting delivery capacity • Experience with end-to-end delivery planning, tracking, and reporting across a multi-team programme • Experience building delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules • Proactive risk identification and mitigation • Coordination across security, DevOps, architecture, compliance, and QA • Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint boards, dashboards, and delivery metrics • Experience working with a Product Owner to maintain a prioritised backlog aligned with the roadmap • Familiarity with payment flows: authorisation, capture, settlement, and refunds • Working knowledge of PCI-DSS, security best practices, and payments compliance • Awareness of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DevSecOps practices • Excellent facilitation and communication skills • Ability to influence without authority across a distributed, cross-functional environment • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Proven ability to foster ownership, accountability, and psychological safety • Nice to have: hands-on Microsoft Azure experience • Nice to have: fintech, e-commerce, or regulated-industry background • Nice to have: SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale exposure • Nice to have: experience with third-party payment providers or acquirers • Nice to have: CSM, PSM, PMP, SAFe SM, or equivalent certification
