📋 Description

• Contributing to a professional-grade trading platform ecosystem — spanning desktop and web trader solutions and order management — where performance, reliability, and low latency are non-negotiable • Making architecture decisions and explaining them clearly to a distributed international team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures, applied in performance-critical production contexts • Deep hands-on experience with performance-critical .NET — multithreading, memory management, allocation optimisation, GC tuning, and use of Span and structs • Proven experience in trading, fintech, HFT, or low-latency/real-time systems • Track record of making real architecture decisions in production environments, not just implementing requirements • Experience mentoring other developers and elevating team engineering standards • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field • Fluent English — spoken and written, with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions on calls with a distributed team • Available for at least 4 hours of overlap with 9AM–5PM EST
