📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems • Strong full-stack or backend-leaning fundamentals — able to design, write, review, and debug high-quality code independently • Hands-on experience with modern web stacks, ideally including Python, Django, TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development tools as part of a real engineering workflow • Strong system design skills across APIs, data flows, integrations, reliability, observability, performance, and security trade-offs • High agency in ambiguous environments — able to create clarity and move work forward without waiting for perfect requirements • Strong sense of ownership over production outcomes: how systems behave after they ship matters to you • Clear communication with engineers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders
