📋 Description

• Own the product lifecycle end to end for a distributed engineering team • Act as the first point of contact for clients and business stakeholders • Lead a development team across multiple time zones and locations • Translate product vision into incremental, well-defined deliverables • Analyse product use cases and requirements across all SDLC phases • Influence architecture, development, testing and deployment discussions from a business and client standpoint • Lead product backlog ownership, including epics, user stories and acceptance criteria • Plan roadmaps and manage backlogs • Produce clear reports tailored to different audiences • Travel to the UK and USA as required, expected at 0%–15% depending on the project

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban) • Software engineering background; comfortable discussing architecture, development, testing and deployment • Ability to analyse product use cases and requirements across all SDLC phases • Proven experience leading engineering teams • Management skills including conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management • Hands-on ownership of product backlog, story writing, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations • Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear reports for different audiences • English B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum, spoken and written • Based in Portugal
