• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Develop relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. • Prepare complex working papers and support clients’ bookkeepers. • Work with clients to develop budgets and internal controls. • Manage client satisfaction and deliver services on time and budget. • Contribute to business goals and support business development efforts. • Share knowledge and expertise through training and mentorship.
• CPA designation. • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. • 5 to 6 years of experience as a CPA working in industry or public accounting firms. • Experience working with Non-Profits, Charities, or social purpose organizations an asset. • Experience managing and delivering projects. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead projects.
