📋 Description
• Provide customer support for requests, fixes, and implementations related to the MXM-Webmanager product. • Perform initial testing and route open requests for further analysis, aiming to deliver timely resolution and satisfactory service to the customer.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; • Experience and applied knowledge in accounting; • Desirable experience with MXM-Webmanager or another integrated management system (ERP); • Experience in customer support; • Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft Office); • Strong organizational skills; • Ability to prioritize tasks; • Experience as an ERP user will be considered a plus.
