📋 Description
• Be the calm problem-solver behind the scenes—support Epic stability and revenue cycle workflows • Triage and resolve incoming tickets • Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build • Deliver small optimization projects that improve reliability • Communicate clearly and consistently with client stakeholders • Escalate when risk, complexity, or impact crosses thresholds
🎯 Requirements
• Current Epic certifications in Hospital Billing • A minimum of 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work end-to-end—problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation • Specialization in Epic's Hospital Billing application and interest in growing into broader revenue cycle scope • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs • Strong written and verbal communication • A quality-first mindset • Ownership and reliability • Nice to Have: Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, mentoring others, or improving team standards/methods.
