📋 Description

• Act as an extension of a client’s Epic team • Triage and resolve incoming tickets • Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build • Translate requests into clear, testable requirements • Configure/update Epic build within your specialty area • Communicate clearly and consistently with client stakeholders and internal teammates. • For Senior roles: Lead more ambiguous troubleshooting, anticipate dependencies, drive prioritization, and mentor others.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Epic certification in Professional Billing • Broad working knowledge of Epic Professional Billing and an understanding of how modules and workflows connect • Analyst Level: 2+ years of experience in an analyst role focused on problem-solving, requirements gathering, testing, and system implementation • Senior Analyst Level: 4–5+ years of experience independently delivering analyst work • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication. • A quality-first mindset: you care about testing, documentation, and building things that hold up in the real world. • Ownership and reliability: you follow through, flag risk early, and ask for help when you need it.
