• Serve as first point of contact for customers and partners of the EV charging platform. • Assist with questions regarding charging cards, user accounts, orders, and charging sessions. • Provide accurate follow-up and a customer-friendly approach to ensure seamless service. • Manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively across departments, and take initiative. • Contribute to a dynamic, innovative team and support professional growth opportunities.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines. • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment if needed. • Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset. • Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written). • Experience with CRM systems or administrative software is a plus.
