âą This is a remote position focused on SEO specialization for clients of Humus Recruitment N.V. âą The ideal candidate excels at outreach for backlink acquisition and guest posting, with a strong foundation in technical, content, and authority-building SEO. âą Experience with Local SEO and Google Business; Profile optimization is a major plus, but not required. âą If you have a passion for measurable results, love collaborating with service-based businesses, and can back up your work with case studies, we want to hear from you. âą Responsibilities include executing backlink outreach campaigns, performing technical site audits, and optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, schema, and internal linking. âą Youâll monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, stay current with algorithm updates, and collaborate with content teams to ensure all content is search-optimized. âą The role also involves managing off-site SEO efforts, including backlink analysis and disavowal, as well as Local SEO optimization where applicable. âą Clear communication with clients and internal teams is essential.
âą Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or fast-paced in-house environment preferred) âą At least 2 years of overall marketing experience âą Proven outreach and link building experience: including guest posting, identifying prospects, and building lasting relationships âą Strong expertise in both on-site and off-site SEO tactics âą Experience with key SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) âą Excellent English writing and communication skills, with a knack for persuasive outreach and strategic collaboration âą Ability to independently manage tasks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality results on schedule âą Must have your own work computer and reliable high-speed internet âą Case studies or examples of your SEO results strongly preferred: please provide with application if possible âą Preferred (but not required): âą Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization âą History of SEO success for local service-based businesses âą Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other major CMS platforms âą Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices âą Background in agency settings or high-velocity lead generation companies
