📋 Description
• Monitor systems and operational processes within the Remote Service Center to ensure continuity and efficiency • Detect and report incidents • Escalate issues when necessary • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational disruptions • Maintain system logs • Follow operational procedures • Ensure service levels are met • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives • Respond accurately and quickly to operational issues
🎯 Requirements
• MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in IT, Engineering, or Technical fields • Experience in a control room, operations center, or similar environment is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in shifts (if applicable) • Good communication skills • Stress-resistant and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Basic knowledge of IT systems and monitoring tools • Team player with a responsible attitude
