📋 Description
• Monitor systems and operational processes within the Remote Service Center to ensure continuity and efficiency. • Detect and report incidents, escalate issues when necessary, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational disruptions. • Maintain system logs, follow operational procedures, and ensure service levels are met. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and contributing to process optimization. • Accuracy, attention to detail, and quick response times are essential in this role.
🎯 Requirements
• MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in IT, Engineering, or Technical fields • Experience in a control room, operations center, or similar environment is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in shifts (if applicable) • Good communication skills • Stress-resistant and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Basic knowledge of IT systems and monitoring tools • Team player with a responsible attitude
