📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of a Native American Financial Services (NAFS) credit portfolio of tribal clients • Originate, analyze, structure and execute commercial loan transactions while meeting credit and regulatory requirements • Services, deepens, and retains assigned profitable customer relationships by evaluating and mitigating associated business risks • Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks • Responsible for underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio • Assists in optimizing customer relationships working directly with Relationship Managers and other team members • Manages delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base, portfolio reviews, etc. • Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8 or more years of related Commercial or Corporate Banking Portfolio Management experience including underwriting • Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics or other business-related field preferred • Prior experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex commercial loan transactions • Native American Financial Services, Government, Commercial Gaming, Healthcare, and/or General Non-Profit lending experience • Thorough knowledge of various software programs including Word and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn additional systems/software • Legal documentation experience • Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills • Highly developed oral and written communications and presentation skills
