📋 Description

• Work initially with the content and marketing agency to identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across content, marketing, and internal workflows • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting across 300+ employees and multiple centres • Identify and automate repetitive administrative, operational, reporting, and data processes • Develop AI-powered workflows, tools, and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work • Build or improve digital platforms supporting educator curriculum planning, reflections, and related workflows • Translate client briefs and business requirements into practical technical solutions • Connect workflows using existing systems, data sources, APIs, and automation platforms • Support AI and automation initiatives across internal operations and content/marketing activities • Identify process improvements through AI, automation, reporting, and better data visibility • Test, troubleshoot, document, and continuously improve implemented solutions • Collaborate with the client through regular project check-ins and provide clear progress updates

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidates • Proven experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role • Strong experience building Power BI dashboards and reports • Experience with automation platforms, APIs, integrations, and business process automation • Practical knowledge of AI tools and applying them to real business workflows • Ability to work with data from multiple sources and turn it into useful dashboards and insights • Experience building or supporting internal platforms, digital tools, or workflow systems • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”
