📋 Description

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices accurately and promptly. • Match invoices against purchase orders, delivery dockets, and approvals. • Review invoice coding and authorisation. • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. • Assist with weekly supplier payment runs. • Maintain supplier records and respond to supplier enquiries. • Process expense claims and reconcile credit card transactions. • Set up customers in MYOB and maintain customer records. • Prepare and issue customer invoices and progress claims. • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up overdue accounts. • Allocate customer receipts and reconcile customer accounts. • Resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies. • Assist with debtor reporting and cash-flow forecasting. • Perform bank and balance-sheet reconciliations. • Assist with payroll processing and related reconciliations. • Support month-end reporting and general ledger maintenance. • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. • Provide accounting support to the finance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate. • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or an Assistant Accountant role. • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • MYOB experience is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Good communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. • Experience in construction or project-based businesses is advantageous. • Ability to align with AU business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday. • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work. • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”.
