📋 Description

• Build and execute the social media content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest • Plan content calendars, write copy, schedule posts, track performance, and adjust strategy • Manage community interactions by replying to comments and direct messages across organic posts and paid ads • Answer questions, monitor brand-relevant conversations, and pass complaints or feedback to customer service • Post on Reddit and authentically engage with relevant communities • Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, including outreach, creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and brand-guideline enforcement • Curate user-generated content from customers and video creators • Build content strategies and brief designers for organic social and paid advertising content • Pitch publications, blogs, and websites for digital PR coverage • Build relationships with relevant editors and writers • Own Brick Me’s social media presence, community engagement, and digital PR

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • 5+ years of relevant experience managing social and community for consumer brands • DTC ecommerce experience strongly preferred • Experience with Reddit • Hands-on experience running Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest • Excellent written English • Strong communication skills as the voice of the brand • Proven track record in influencer outreach and digital PR • Strategic thinking and effective execution • Ability to work independently and bring proactive ideas • Passion for brand-building • Minimum 70% overlap with Australian time zone (AEST/AEDT) • Ability to disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Willingness to reflect the engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
