📋 Description

• Build, launch, and manage customer email acquisition, nurture/retention and win-back sequences, campaign extensions and follow-ups, and monthly email campaigns • Design and implement automated workflows within ActiveCampaign • Manage and optimise ActiveCampaign CRM (Deals module), including pipeline setup and maintenance • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, testing and optimisation, segmentation, and targeting • Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and continuously optimise for results • Ensure email deliverability best practices and compliance standards are met • Maintain clean, organised, and segmented contact lists

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end • Strong hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign (automation, CRM/Deals, segmentation) • Experience building and optimising email nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with minimal supervision • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Nice to Have: • Experience working with health, SaaS, or startup environments • Familiarity with email deliverability and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) • Basic understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
