• Management and financial reporting • Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis • Cash Flow Management • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable • Payroll, HR and office admin • Financial systems implementation and improvements • Ad hoc project work
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) • Hold a professional (CA/CPA) accounting qualification • *A range of commercial accounting and analysis skills developed in an Australian-based SME corporate or business services environment is preferred, but not essential* • Ability to provide financial & commercial advice to a business owner • Ability to constantly improve reporting and finance systems to increase the effectiveness of reporting • Experience in Xero and Salesforce is preferred • Multi-tasking and international experience are necessary • Highly effective communication skills are crucial.
