📋 Description

• Reconcile and restore historical ledgers and intercompany accounts. • Standardise chart of accounts and ledger structures. • Develop and maintain consistent workpapers and audit trails. • Support CFO with forensic reviews and documentation. • Perform month-end close and reconciliation cycles. • Manage multi-entity consolidations and elimination entries. • Maintain ERP and inventory accounting platforms. • Prepare structured reporting for management and audit. • Support finance frameworks for expansion into new jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of financial accounting experience. • Strong Excel skills (SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables). • Proven experience in consolidations and reconciliations. • Strong documentation and workpaper discipline. • High standard of written and spoken English. • Formal accounting qualification (CPA, IPA, CA, or equivalent). • Experience in both public practice and in-house accounting roles. • Exposure to Australian and US compliance requirements. • Ecommerce, ERP, or inventory accounting experience. • FX/multicurrency handling or strong willingness to learn. • Commercial and charitable sector exposure. • Audit preparation or forensic review experience.
