📋 Description

• Create apparel, footwear, bags, headwear, and accessories designs, graphics, and production artwork • Develop detailed tech packs including measurements, specifications, materials, colours, and artwork • Prepare clear, accurate files for factory production • Make revisions based on samples, feedback, and production requirements • Ensure designs follow the client’s brand direction and quality standards • Manage assigned projects and deliverables within agreed timelines • Keep design files and product specifications organised and up to date • Collaborate with manufacturing partners to bring new designs to market

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Proven experience in apparel, footwear, fashion, or product design • Strong experience creating tech packs for manufacturing • Good understanding of measurements, specifications, materials, and product construction • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools • Strong fashion sense and attention to detail • Ability to understand brand direction and work with minimal supervision • Good communication and ability to manage multiple deliverables • Availability for communication and quick responses • Ability to disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect the engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
