📋 Description

• Own Meta creative strategy and production while working directly with the founder • Research markets, customer insights, angles, competitors, and account performance • Develop original concepts, adapt competitor approaches, and iterate on winning ads • Write high-converting Meta ad scripts • Write primary text, headlines, and calls to action • Plan and shoot supporting product B-roll • Edit footage into Meta video ads with strong hooks, clear storytelling, and effective pacing • Design direct-response static ads with copy and visual variations • Review creative results with the media buyer and recommend subsequent tests • Manage the weekly creative pipeline, asset library, revisions, and final delivery • Deliver a consistent pipeline of testable video and static creatives to support increased ad spend • Identify performance patterns and translate them into recommendations • Own research, planning, and production independently with reliable communication and minimal day-to-day direction • Disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Reflect the engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Several years of hands-on experience developing, scripting, and editing direct-response Meta ads for DTC/e-commerce brands • Understanding of creative research, customer psychology, hooks, angles, retention, pacing, and direct-response creative • Ability to interpret creative performance in Meta Ads Manager and translate findings into specific creative decisions • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve • Understanding of Meta placement specifications and exporting required sizes/formats • Ability to independently plan and shoot high-quality product B-roll • Ability to write primary text, headlines, and CTAs for Meta Ads • Strong static ad design skills, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and direct-response copy • Experience directing UGC creators/actors for A-roll • Experience with ad research tools such as Foreplay, TrendTrack, or Atria • Experience with AI video, voice, and animation tools; HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Higgsfield ideal • Ability to write scripts independently based on brand and creative direction • Portfolio of scripted and edited ads that have run behind $10,000+ per ad in paid spend • Interest or experience expanding creative output beyond Meta, such as Google or TikTok, nice to have • Weekly output target: 4 video concepts or substantial iterations, each in 3 hook versions • Weekly output target: 4 static concepts or substantial iterations, each in 3 copy or visual versions • Accompanying primary text, headlines, and CTAs for all creatives
