📋 Description

• Review internal property photos and verify that rooms, fixtures, external elements, block shape, and north orientation are correctly represented on floor plans • Compare original drawings with final edits and ensure labels are accurate and complete • Retouch external photos by greening grass, cleaning pathways, balancing colour and light, removing glass reflections, and removing stray items • Retouch internal photos by removing electrical cords, reducing floor and window reflections, and tidying clutter • Perform occasional virtual staging • Research areas online and create location drone markups showing nearby schools, shops, cafes, parks, reserves, and the subject street • Create land box drone markups with land size, perimeter measurements, street name, background blurring, and desaturation • Finish and polish real estate marketing content before delivery to agents and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • A sharp eye for detail and consistency • Comfortable working independently to daily turnaround deadlines • Real estate industry experience is a bonus • Ability to align with AU business hours, approximately 4am–12pm or 5am–1pm AEST, Monday to Friday • Independent Contractor Agreement engagement • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
