📋 Description

• Manage insurance applications from submission through to completion. • Liaise with clients, advisers, and insurance providers. • Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documentation. • Prepare and process insurance implementation paperwork accurately and within required timeframes. • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure client files are compliant and up to date. • Provide exceptional client service and timely communication throughout the insurance process. • Assist advisers with meeting preparation, file notes, and ongoing client servicing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in life insurance administration or financial services. • Strong understanding of insurance administration processes and underwriting. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using CRM systems (Xplan experience preferred). • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. • Highly Regarded • Experience within an Australian financial planning, insurance advisory, or SMSF practice. • Familiarity with Australian life insurance products and providers. • Experience supporting financial advisers and client relationships.
