📋 Description

• Prepare SMSF accounts, financial statements, tax returns, and supporting workpapers accurately and within deadlines. • Perform bank, contribution, investment, and income reconciliations using Class Super. • Maintain review-ready documentation to support compliance and audit requirements. • Apply your knowledge of Class Super in the preparation and processing of SMSF accounts. • Assist with SMSF property investment matters, including Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBAs), under the guidance of senior team members. • Escalate technical queries and address review feedback to ensure timely completion of assigned work. • Support audit preparation by compiling and organizing required documentation. • Manage your workload effectively while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Accounting. • At least 2 years of experience in SMSF account processing and tax return preparation. • Strong working knowledge of Class Super (required). • Experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 is highly regarded. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with XPM and CAS is an advantage. • Exposure to SMSF property investments and Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBAs), or a willingness to learn. • Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail with a methodical and organized approach to work. • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in SMSF accounting.
