📋 Description

• Build and execute GTM content strategies that create consistent B2B lead flow. • Produce high-impact content for LinkedIn, Meta short-form video, static ads, and thought-leadership campaigns. • Use storytelling and insight-driven messaging to increase authority within target verticals. • Network with medical coaches, industry educators, associations, and PMS/software providers. • Develop co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, joint campaigns, and collaborative content. • Represent the company confidently in conversations with founders, advisors, and strategic partners. • Strengthen brand visibility and reputation within relevant sectors. • Create case studies, testimonials, co-branded content, and customer narratives that reinforce product value. • Help refine the company’s category story and market positioning. • Test and refine messaging, creative, and positioning across buyer segments. • Align closely with sales leadership on ICP, pipeline goals, and performance feedback loops. • Use data-informed insights to optimize campaigns and scale successful initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup, ideally in growth, marketing, or hybrid GTM roles. • Demonstrated success generating leads through content-driven marketing. • Strong copywriting, ad creative, and short-form video storytelling abilities. • Ability to communicate confidently with founders, executives, and partnership stakeholders. • Proven self-starter who can independently create a strategy from scratch, then execute and iterate.
