📋 Description

• Reconcile receipts and support accounts payable with the Finance Manager • Manage calendars, travel bookings, and scheduling for the business partners • Monitor inboxes and calendars, flagging priorities and items requiring attention • Support performance review administration and timelines • Handle office administration and purchasing across three offices • Follow and improve existing systems, processes, and SOPs • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and processes • Provide general administrative support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in finance administration, EA support, or a similar role • Experience with calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, and general office administration • Experience with accounts payable, receipt reconciliation, purchasing expenses, and Xero • Strong Google Workspace skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and confidential information • Confident spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate directly with the Australian team via Zoom • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently with good judgement • Comfortable using AI tools and learning new systems and processes • Must be based in the Philippines • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
